Spot the barbell marks from today’s front squats?
Lots of volume this week. Reps of 5 and 6. Hard stuff but I’m all over it.

The absolute best advice - if you can afford it - is to hire someone to walk you through a program. It takes away all the nerves or mystery, you learn proper technique, and you have a plan and accountability. After some weeks or however long, get someone to program your workouts. There are tons of people out there. The top powerlifter in they US and Canada often offer distance coaching for all ages and a ability level.
Hope this helps! And good luck!
